Art Henry, Chairman & Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Henry founded Hendall in 2004. He provides overall executive leadership to Hendall along with hands-on technology leadership and vision for the firm. He has 20 years of experience in providing technical solutions and technology leadership to his clients. Mr. Henry holds a BS degree in Electrical Engineering from Morgan State University and an MS degree in Telecommunications and Networking (MSEE) from Johns Hopkins University.

John C. Smith, Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Smith has more than 25 years of experience in the federal services industry in both finance and administration and program operations, including technology services and solutions and support services. His multi-disciplinary experience provides Hendall and its clients a wealth of knowledge from which to draw. He has held executive leadership roles at Federal Data Corporation, ROW Sciences, and Z-Tech Corporation. Mr. Smith’s long and varied career has been characterized by a focus on superior customer service. Mr. Smith holds degrees in accounting, business, and law.

Paul H. Tardif, President & Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Tardif has more than 35 years’ experience leading information technology and professional services efforts for the federal government, including more than 25 years as a corporate executive. He has held executive leadership positions with ROW Sciences, Z-Tech Corporation, Federal Data Corporation, Northrop Grumman Information Technology, SAIC, and ICF International, and in these roles he has been responsible for business development, strategic and tactical business planning, business operations, and customer satisfaction. Mr. Tardif is known for his hands-on approach to meeting clients’ needs and is committed to providing his clients with the highest possible quality of services and solutions.

Yelena Madorsky, Vice President & Division Director and President, Business Solutions Group

Ms. Madorsky has more than 20 years of IT experience, with expertise in program and project management, business process analysis, requirements management, and quality assurance planning. She has a diverse background in the health IT, finance, and transportation industries and hands-on experience in all phases of the software development lifecycle. During her professional career, Ms. Madorsky has provided management consulting services to the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), Amtrak, the Maryland State Retirement Agency, and the Maryland Department of Transportation. She is currently involved in several CMS CCSQ SCG projects providing project management, business analysis, and quality assurance services.

Adam B. Lee, MS, MBA, PMP, Deputy Chief Operating Officer & Division Director

Mr. Lee is a results-oriented leader with multidisciplinary experience managing programs that include software development, inquiry response, inventory management and fulfillment, and communications and partnership development requirements. He has over 10 years of experience working with the Department of Health and Human Services, and possesses a reputation for efficient and focused approaches to solving complex challenges and an unparalleled commitment to customer service. In providing strategic and operational oversight to contracts worth over $50m, Mr. Lee has a proven track record of being able to translate high-level objectives into tactical approaches that meet agency needs, and delivering on time, on budget, and within scope. Mr. Lee has an M.B.A. and an M.S. in Financial Management and Information Systems. He is a certified PMP and an Agile Alliance Certified ScrumMaster, and he holds 11 Microsoft certifications.

Patrick Truex, Vice President and Division Director

Mr. Truex is a growth-focused and strategic-minded leader with in-depth experience in business development and management and business operations. He applies “big picture” leadership to implement strategies that drive organizational performance and strengthen business systems. As a senior corporate executive, Mr. Truex develops and provides oversight for new business, oversees project teams to create and enhance project portfolios, and ensures delivery of exemplary customer service to clients within each portfolio. His accomplishments include growing a $500,000 IT and Managed Services provider to over $25 million by capturing key opportunities and expanding the business base, and building a highly competitive business unit from start-up to more than $6 million in annual revenues in less than two years.
